Join us for the 13th Annual Get Your 6.6 on Route 66 Run/Walk on Saturday, August 22!
Whether you're running, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, there's something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day.

More Than Just a Run!
Make a day of it with these fun activities:

- Snap a photo in front of our custom Get Your 6.6 on Route 66 backdrop to celebrate your accomplishment.
- Enjoy a delicious brunch buffet from McLean's own Dixie Cafe.???? Relax in the beverage tent with cold drinks and live music by Tom E.
- Grab a mouthwatering barbecue lunch from Hink's Smokehouse.
- Stay for the awards ceremony, recognizing overall winners and first- and second-place finishers in 12 male and female age groups.
- Meet adorable adoptable dogs and puppies from Ruby's Rescue & Retreat (8:00 a.m.–Noon), and browse their silent auction, with proceeds benefiting the shelter.
- Show your creative side with face painting, henna tattoos, or glitter tattoos by Wild Style Design Company, who will donate a portion of their fees and tips to Ruby's Rescue & Retreat.
- Explore a fantastic Cruise-In featuring antique, classic, and new cars, trucks, and motorcycles, hosted by Mid State Cruisers (9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.).
- Treat yourself to cannolis and other baked goods from Onice Sicilian American Bakery, plus ice cream from CORE of McLean. Ice cream proceeds support CORE's ongoing community projects, including the new Community Garden.
- Have fun with free lawn games in the park.
- Visit the Mt. Hope Township Community Hall for its History Museum (open 9:00 a.m.–Noon) and a vendor fair located around the square.
- Stop by the Mt. Hope–Funks Grove Library for a book sale.
- Don't forget to take a picture with the larger-than-life Village of McLean and Route 66 mural painted on the grain bin overlooking the square—a perfect keepsake from your visit!
