Water Billing

Effective immediately your water/sewer/garbage/recycle bills will now be paid at the Village Office.  You will have recieved a final bill from EJ Water the week of May 27th, this bill will be paid at the Village Office.  Currently we are only taking cash or checks, we will have other options to pay set up July 1st. Water Main Flushing

Starting Monday, April 1, 2024 the Village will begin flushing water mains using fire hydrants.  This may take up to 2 weeks to complete.  Please call the Village Office with any questions 309-874-2102.

2024 Water Rate Increase of 2% as of December

The Village Board of Trustees approved a rate increase of 2% for water - only for 2001 to 6000 gallons, according to Village ordinance, this rate is effective with the December billing. Ordinance can be found in the Village Office and will be added to the website.

Eastern Illinois Mobile Food Trailer

8/9/2023

The Eastern Illinois FoodBank Trailer will be parked near the Village Office the 4th Wednesday of each month from 12 pm to 12:30 pm.  Food offerings will vary but they will have canned items, fresh fruit and vegetables, cereal, milk, cheese and bread.
